No, Beath the Clock was a bit earlier. In this show, the teams wore jumpsuits in their team color and the studio was more like a large stadium atmosphere.

Still thinking! In the meantime ... remember Ruta Lee on High Rollers and Elaine Stewart on Gambit?

OOOOOHHH!! I found one of them! The stunt show was Almost Anything Goes. The first series run was hosted by Dick Whittington and then later hosted by REGIS PHILBIN! The celebrity version was All Star Anything Goes with appearences from Logan's Run (very short series), The Brady Bunch, Eight is Enough and Buck Rogers in the 23rd Century.

Way to Go MM! By th eway I love your new icon.

OMG. How could I have forgotten. All-star Anything Goes was hosted by Bill Boggs. He was a local celeb in Greensboro, NC (before his NY gig) while I was growing up and used to play golf with my Dad. I had wet dreams about him all the time.

Don't know why but this song just popped into my head...could have something to do with combining MM and Sons icon together:
"Abba dabba dabba dabba dabba dabba dabba"
said the monkey to the chimp.
"Abba dabba dabba dabba dabba dabba dabba"
said the chimpee to the monk.
All night long they chattered away.
All day long they were happy and gay,
swinging and swaying in a honky, tonky way.
"Abba dabba dabba dabba dabba dabba dabba"
said the chimp, "I love but you."
Abba dabba dabba in monkey talk means
"Chimp, I love you too."
Then the ol' baboon, one night in June,
married them and very soon,
they sailed away on an abba dabba honeymoon
"Abba dabba dabba dabba dabba dabba dabba"
said the monkey to the chimp.

Every time I hear that abba dabba monkey song, I always think of Laverne and Shirley on roller skates.

OK! Time for another trip down memory lane folks!! While sitting here happily typing away MY SCHOOL SONG came on the radio.
Billy Joel's " Only the Good Die Young" I went to an all girl Catholic Prep school. We couldnt play it at school dances or on the school radio station. But senior prom came, and we weren't on school grounds and the DJ played it for us, it was also played at our "brother schools'" prom for us as well
So the question is What was your schools song?

Color My World.
And, sorry for the TMI mom, I shouldn't discuss my dad's extracurricular activities. My bad!

"color my world" was our grammar school song..I think the band only knew that song because they played it about 5 times.
Senior Prom was "Yesterday" by the Beatles.
