Am I beyond ancient or does anyone else remember a cartoon about
Cecil the Seasick Sea Serpent. His best friend was a little boy named Beanie (cuz he wore a beanie)...

"I'm coooming Beanie" He would yell as he went off to get Beanie out of a scrape...

I had a Cecil stuffed talking toy with the cord you pull out...
