Invite me into another thread where it is acceptable and butter me up. This thread is reserved for good clean memories. Now I'm going back to my Spirograph.

I must have missed that page (those pages) of this thread. I LOVE checking in with it every now and again. These boards often make me feel quite old.

I'm so glad you're joining us. We enjoy new playmates. Mom is away in Toronto so we can play a little more without getting Time Outs. By the way, Playdoh and glitter seem to be banned from our list of what we can play with.

Lite Brite is a GREAT choice !!! Hopefully at 5 o'clock someone will be making a batch of Kamikazies..NYadgal usually does, but she's in Athens right now. Undiscovered is a great hostess so maybe she'll make them for us. Well, back to my Spirograph.

Enjoying a Dewar's on the rocks at the moment.
Fixing a steak with a salad tonight, gang.
Did I tell you I'm a trained and experienced French chef, with a pastry arts degree to boot?
Yes, I met Julia Child in my time, RIP.
OOOOOOOOOOOOO. Never apologize, she said

It's HOT...and fabulous!
I'll write a novel when I get back, but the city is beautiful. They really pulled it off. The security is intense, but that's fine with me. Around the clock fun...this is the first chance I've had to even get on the computer since we arrived.
The Opening Ceremonies were breathtaking. Will be curious to watch my tape of it when I get home.
The crowds at some of the sporting events have been a little sparse, which has been surprising...
I'm taking a million pictures...will share when I get home.
Just wanted to drop by and say 'Cheers' to everyone!
