NY, i don't remember the name, but when we stay at the Pensione Perseo, i know how to walk there... it's just a couple of blocks away... if i remember, it's somewhere between the Piazza dell'Unita d'Italia and either the cathedral complex of San Giovanni or the Mercato Centrale...

That's funny, Boobs. I had the same experience once. It must be something about packing for weddings. I was going to a wedding and left behind the shoes I needed. Fortunately, I noticed in enough time, the day before the wedding.

Nina....you were lucky that you realized the day before.
You're right though about shoes for weddings. Another time I bought a pair of shoes for a wedding and when I put them on I realized they never took that big plastic alarm thing off. It was on the side of the shoe and I actually had to pry it off with pliers and a hammer. Needless to say it also left a hole in the shoe. I still can't believe I got out of the store with no alarms going off...great system they had.

well, joeyjoe, the next time I'm there, I'll have to go look for it!
The laundrette in Paris is right off the Blvd. Saint-Germain, on the rue de Saint-Peres. Just down from my favorite chocolate shop in the WORLD - Dubeauve & Galais.

Morning KMF.
NY..you know I'm just teasing darling. I did have to beg her to finish the last bite. I could see it in her eyes her LOVE for chocolate. I would never deprive a lady of her desires.
