It was okay, but Daisy Donovan of Daisy Does America was so much funnier. I'd love to see her get another show.
Catharine Tate needs more exposure over here as well. I saw two episodes and it's gone.

Posted: 7/17/07 at 1:12pmI love Chelsea. She was doing a show here in North Florida last year and spent the afternoon working out at my gym. I went up to her to ask her name because I knew it looked like her but who would have thought she'd be at my gym. She said her name is Chelsea and I said Handler- right? She said yes. Told her how much my whole family loved her show. Said I would love to take my teenagers to her show but they were probably too young. She said that they probably would be too young for her live show. Anyway, I congratulated her on all of her accomplishments and wished her continued success. She was VERY nice and naturally beautiful. She was a pleasure to talk to and it was nice that she talked to me while she was working out- (which by the way- she is very fit). Then I had to explain to the other people who she was. I work out at a Jewish Center and a lot of the older people didn't know who she was!

"I find it quite insulting for anyone to ask about a discount code for GREY GARDENS, what with the show's tragic outcome financially. At this point in time, I would expect people to 'help' the show. That is why I can proudly say that I have never bought a ticket at TKTS nor obtained a discount code for anything. Every show I've seen on Broadway since 1972 has been purchased at it's top ticket price. I venture into the city 4-5 times annually and every ticket I purchase for a show is always at the top ticket price. That is MY way of supporting this struggling art form."

Some people cant afford full price tickets, and if discounts are out there they are offered for a reason. I would think if the choice for someone is see a show at a discounted price and possibly like it, buy the cast recording, spread word about it, and eventually other people will see it, o rto not see the show, then seeing a show at a discounted price does support the art form. No show will survive without word of mouth.

Heres the thing-I think that every comedian has something that is their signature thing that no one else can pull off..that being said...she talks about Celebrities...doesn't someone else do that? Oh yeah her name is KATHY GRIFFIN...maybe once she finds her own style she'll be funny and be an even ounce of a hit.
