And the series finale was one of the darkest, bleakest things they could ever have possibly done! It was awesome!

Feed my mouth! I'm the Baby!
I loved Baby Sinclair and the mother-in-law. It was a funny, funny show. I've got to get the DVD's.

The baby managed the cool hat trick of being simultaneously funny and creepy, the first such thing from a puppet baby since ERASERHEAD'S child.

and the baby was voiced by the same guy who does Elmo!

I used to flippin love this show when I was a kid. Remember the "I'm the Baby Gotta Love Me" music video?
I totally remember that. Especially Suzie Plakson as Monica DeVertabrae.

This has to be my all time favorite TV show ever. It was groundbreaking in terms of its design. It was also, as someone said, both funny and creepy. But the biggest thing about the show was the depth of social commentary that is as true today, if not more so, then it was when it was first aired. The finale made me cry.
Is it bad that the grandmother's face reminds me of Eileen Brennan?

Ugh, I never watched the show, but my childhood friend had a doll version of the baby, and it had a pull string that would make it say all of it's catchphrases. We would be having a sleepover, and from her closet would come "I'm the baby!" all creepy like. It scared me so bad!

"I'm the baby, gotta love me, I have big purple eyes, I'm very cuddle-y!" I used to run around the house singing that.
lol my husband and I do that "Not the mama" thing all the time cause our baby is at the stage of not wanting anyone but me.
and can someone do a spoiler of the final episode cause I don't remember it.
I used to be really into this show, even though I was kind of young.
I loved this show so much! I loved the baby's laugh. Again!

We were talking about this show last night at work, and I don't remember much, but I remember really liking it! I've always thought that the baby was the precurser to Stewie from Family Guy.
I recently found out that Chris Meloni voiced Spike.

The final episode ended with the implied deaths of all the characters as the Ice Age approached. It was their comeuppance for misusing and exploiting the Earth during their lives. Therefore, the end of DINOSAURS really depicted the end of *dinosaurs*.

I think the final lines of the show was "We dinosaurs have been here for millions of years. It's not like we're just gonna...disappear!". And the final image was snow covering their house while the credits rolled. Bergh.
