Well, 'Todrick Hall rips off Disney to spoof Chicago' should be more like it.
Can't he come up with an original idea?
Well, at least it's not another Wizard Of Oz rip-parody.

There is usually an abnormal amount of hate thrown at Todrick for his work; from the Cinderella parody to the Oz parody to the ghetto Beauty... to this. He is not "ripping off." He is inspired by the classic ideas. That's all.
Bravo, Mr. Hall. Thought it was fabulous.

Posted: 10/30/13 at 2:04pmI too found it rather inspired. Right up there with The Real Housewives of Disney on SNL.

He recently did a safety video for Virgin Atlantic.

"Doodle, more like he owes a BUNCH of people a BUNCH of money."
Exactly. And until he pays people what he owes them these productions just seem like a huge slap in their faces.

I dont remember Scar and Mufasa hooking up. That verse was stupid.
The design of these are clever, and he got some talent to show up. Meh.
I still see a creepy crook.

Diva, you of all people should know that parody work is protected. He's not stealing anyone's work. This is no different from SNL doing Disney.
I could only watch the first few minutes. While I find the idea clever, I didn't really like his lyrics. The Wicked Queen would never date a dwarf.
I love his Beyonce/Cinderella mash up and Wizard of Ahs video.

He ripped people off and took their money for a production of WIZARD OF OZ that never happened.
And after that, he produces these expensive videos.
That is the slap in the face I was referring to. It has nothing to do with parody laws. I only pointed that put because ALL of his videos are 'parodies' and none of them are original.

Posted: 11/2/13 at 4:08pmDiva, I remember there were a bunch of kids in my city who got ripped off for that production. They were interviewing the disappointed kids and parents on the local news.
