Posted: 1/1/10 at 11:59pmI've always thought their pizza was awful.

Posted: 1/2/10 at 12:26amIt's herb-ier. I liked the old bland one. I mean if I'm getting Dominos, I don't want something gourmet(or trying to be).

Posted: 1/2/10 at 12:50amI hate Dominos. I like Pizza Hut's pizza the best, but Pat and Oscars has the best bread sticks. If they got together and made babies that would be the best of both worlds.

Posted: 1/2/10 at 12:58amoy, I think Pizza Hut tastes like a grilled cheese sandwich.

I used to work at Pizza Hut and saw how they made their pizza. Haven't eaten there since.
Also, when I order from Dominoes, I always get the Brooklyn Style

I would say that Dominoes pizza tastes like cardboard, but that would be an insult to cardboard.

Namo - Tom Monaghan sold Dominos in 1998.
I don't order delivery pizza, but does anyone know if they raised the price to accomodate the "upgrade" in ingredients?

I hope they didn't futz with my beloved thin crust, light on the sauce, normal cheese...

Posted: 1/2/10 at 10:39amI feel sad for anyone who lives in an area where Domino's is considered Pizza.

Posted: 1/2/10 at 10:58amI don't think I've had Dominoes since college. We always order from the local "mom and pop" places.

I really like their thin cracker crust. I know they added garlic to their hand-tossed crust, but I don't know if they changed the thin one. The sauce and cheese changed, but not drastically.
We have some great local pizza places here, but there's just something about going online, finding the specials and ordering from a website that I love when I am feeling lazy. lol

pizza hut is so greasy!
if i want cheap pizza.. i'll get the 5 dollar one from Little Caesars!
but I also like Costco's pizza.. although it's just as greasy as pizza hut's..
i'm also a fan of Papa John's

Off topic: Am I the only one who has noticed the newest glich here? The adding of re: for each person who posts to a topic. Weird.
Back on topic: We ordered from Dominos in college because the place right across the street from the school was gross. And in Scranton, PA, you probably are better off getting that because they don't know how to make pizza there at all.

Posted: 1/2/10 at 2:26pmUnfortunately, the only three pizza joints we have anywhere near us are: Dominos, Papa Johns, and Pizza Hut.

Yeah, Marianne....the re:re:re is annoying.
Out of national chains, I do like Papa John's. But we don't have that here. We get our pizza from a place called Bocce which is some of the best pizza and wings around.

Posted: 1/2/10 at 3:34pmOMG-Costco! Who would think that a chain like that would make some of the best pizza around? YUM, bring on the grease. No grease equals Pizza hut equals grilled cheese sandwich!
