I did NOT see that coming! I thought he was just gonna grab the guard's gun and hold the new nurse hostage! A SETUP!

What did Donald saw to Kerry in the beginning after he asked her if she was happy with the job that Kovac was doing? Is her job in jeopardy? Something got interesting on the board and I zoned out.
And after all the crap that has gone down in the ER, I would have to quit.

I feel like they do a "someone shooting up the ER" storyline at least once a season.
I have gotten so bored with this show.

Jerry got shot and had at least a liter of blood in his chest.
Sam & her son, who people could really care less about, are in a kidnapper van with her ex at gunpoint.
Luka has a tube in his throat and no one knows where he is.
Abby is bleeding large amounts from her hoo hoo.
All that and not ONE red tracksuit or Idina reference. Sad.

The moment Lucy and Carter got gutted, I would have walked out the door and found a new job.

They would have quit long ago if they only saw what idiotic storylines awaited him. Hathaway (edit: fixed >< ) and Doug were right to get away while the going was good.

I stopped watching ER after they killed off Romano. He was my favorite character. I watched it again tonight though because my sister was watching. It's sad to see that the ER writers have yet to find a new plot formula over the past few seasons.
Was I the only one that thought it was weird that Abby got that much blood on her hand considering she was wearing jeans?

Did you see the huge puddle of blood she was laying in when the camera pulled back? I didn't notice she was wearing jeans, though. Besides, maternity jeans are usually very thin.
Natalie Wood's daughter's career doesn't seem to be taking off much, does it? I think that's the main reason I bought the craptastic "hey, I'm training to be an EMT" thing. She had the potential to be a regular. So, did the criminal plot go so far as to have her really train to be an EMT or did she just pop into the ER hoping they would let her observe? I am just wondering because Kerry is the one that said okay to do her training without any paperwork or anything official. I am afraid my Kerry is not going to be Chief of Staff for long. Damn it. It's not because she screwed up. It's because she's gay. I am calling GLAAD.
