Oh, and this?

Do not critisize others until you are perfect.

I'm going to have a hard time taking you seriously if you really believe that, Raggy.

You're forgiven, Chicago. re: English Lessons

Actually, Chicago, I have no problem with Republicans on this board...but it's absolutely hysterical to think you can come into a place when you know full well the vast majority of people there are going to oppose your viewpoints and then act the martyr when you're soundly shot down.
Furthermore, to spout off your party's rhetoric with bad grammar just makes you look even lower on the evolutionary scale.
Then again, the supreme dictator of your party can't even spell well...or speak well for that matter so it's hardly surprising that you would defend bad grammar as a "relaxation technique."

Do you all know what I'm saying? I just want to know, since it seems everyone's posts are being responded too but mine.

hahaha, ::deep Russian accent:: Plum....

(^cause that's how I said it)

How about this story, TIFF -

The Republicans put up posters around my campus that were anti-Michael Moore (because he was coming to speak here before the election) and to get people to come see the Republican David Hardy (who wrote the book: "Michael Moore is a Big Fat stupid White Man)....

Anyway, the democrats went around ripping down these posters so the Republicans yelled at them. Then, the democrats complained to the school that the Republicans were abusing them. LOL. It's great!

bwaysinger is so shallow..... yawn. I don't expect my viewpoints to be accepted by anyone on this board - it's just fun getting people like yourself all worked up because someone dare have a different viewpoint than yourself re: English Lessons

BSo, we can't take the obnoxious extremists and portray them to represent the entire party, unless you want to take responsibility for "Citizens United" and sink to harrassing liberal Hollywood stars while preaching about maintaining convervative values; Or unless you're willing to accept the neo-Nazi members who believe "convervatism" means killing non-whites and gays. So don't bring idiotic and extremist "liberal" actions into this! The true dispute is an argument over ideology and, to an extent, the role of theology.

"too"..now THAT was a typo! Even in my strife to be as correct as I can, we are all human and make mistakes.

Anyway, I was just wondering if anyone even bothered to read my post a while back, because I do have a point.

Today is my 16th Birthday, and now I'm sad that no one is responding! re: English Lessons

Thanks for your support guys.

I screw up spelling all the time. Sometimes I feel like correcting it, sometimes I don't - depends on them mistake.

I'm fairly easy going. I even make fun of my friends on AIM who constantly go

IM 1: Hey Shira how are yop?
IM 2: *you?

I mean, I get what they were saying. But I appreciate the effort. It's the "OMG wouw lyke is aw thi sshow in new york cuty n it was liek soo unbeleevabul n i wana b a brodwy star."

This may be an exaggeration for some, but it just gets worse by the day.

Actually, Chicago, I'll tell you to your face (or as much as can be done here) why I do not like you and why I do not care if a single Republican were to ever post here.
I don't go running flaunting my big gay self to Republican message boards and I certainly do not want anyone who voted for a prejudiced F**kwad of a man who wants to amend the Constitution to make sure I am a hunted minority. Won't be long from a "Marriage is only between a male and a female" amendment before Republicans are allowed to set the dogs loose on a "Homosexual fox hunt." So there. Call it shallow if you will but I have no real desire to converse about an art form which I dearly love and which has been nurtured and furthered for years by faggots to someone who wants to put us in a cage and bring us out for sport.
Oh, and to be on topic, he also speaks "terblee" and has bad grammar.

I would have voted Republican this election, but I do not go around gay bashing. There's no need for it.

I think there is plenty more than 1 person shallow on this thread/board here Chicago.
Aceept people for what they do and say. As long as you are not harming anybody- nobody should have a problem with anybody else. Nobody is making you read things you don't want to read, nobody is making you type things you don't want to type. You are in control of your destiny. Don't blame 'us' (the people that think different) that things are screwed up because of how we deal and do things. If you can't take the opionions of other and accept them, I suggest you move to a country with dictatorship. Seriously, enough is enough...I feel like most of you people are only trying to start a debate and then make it into an argument. I mean, it's not only this thread, it's actually most of them. I don't think I've seen one thread (where there has been more than 30 posts) where someone hasn't snapped at someone else. This isn't too say there aren't any....but I have seen very few.

To accept yourself is the first step, to accept others is the next, to accept (not nessasarily agree) others feelings and opionions, is what the core of your heart needs to be.

People like you are the reason I'm on medication.

BSo, ironically, I'm not much of a Michael Moore fan. I watch his movies to see what point he's trying to make but I would probably never cite his films to prove an argument. I find that he may actually be counter-productive in showing the liberal agenda, similar to Bill O'Reilly and the conservatives. It's a shame though, because I'm sure both of them have valid points to make, but buried under the heap of sensationalism and bias that make it hard to watch without a grain of salt.

Which, wonderfully enough, brings us back to the thread topic! - Because these two are prime examples of speakers with potentially good perspectives that get overlooked because of incoherency, bias and poor presentation!

Yours truly,
"A pragmatic moderate liberal"
