I haven't had any problems on Facebook, but when I had a question once, their "customer support" was terrific. They got back to me quickly and were very nice and knowledgeable. And the followed up with me to see if everything was okay!

So get it fixed, and let's "friend up!"

I don't have a facebook, but, as I'm sure you've noticed, I pretty much never leave BWW. It's pathetic. I've totally neglected my writing. (I write a lot of stories, librettos, and goofy, never-to-be-published novels. Also... Harry Potter fanfiction. Yeah, that's even more pathetic than living on BWW.)

Schmerg---You're wise beyond your years. Keep writing. Someday, you'll channel it into a novel or an article. You never know!

It's not "pathetic." You're very articulate. You have a great sense of humor and a clarity in your writing. Keep it up! It might lead you down paths you never dreamed of.
