Posted: 6/10/11 at 4:20pmIt's gone now, but I really liked Cool Britania. It was a strawberry and shortbread cookie mix.

I haven't had Ben & Jerry's in a long while, but it was some triple Chocolate Irish mudslide thing.
Made your teeth fall out of your head the moment you ate it, it was so sweet.

What? What? do they have such a thing, tinymagic?
I was just thinking it would be a good idea for them to make a frozen yogurt version today or I may have to give it up.
Can it be real???

Posted: 6/10/11 at 9:43pmYeah, it's hard to find in my nabe, now, though. Seems my local places carry mostly Phish Food, Half Baked, Cherry Garcia, Choc Fudge Brownie. The Froz. Yog. DOES taste almost exactly like ice cream though! I've been requesting ChunkMonk for months now (to no avail).

I cannot find the Chunkey Monkey Frozen Yogurt on their website in either present flavors or their Flavor Graveyard, where Cool Britania has a tombstone.
You must go to there and click around as it is very fun. You can click inside the Haunted Mansion and the Lab, etc. Lots of spooks.

Posted: 6/12/11 at 1:27amOatmeal Cookie is divine. Late Night Snack is great, I just tried it. But my all time favourite was Wavy Gravy - caramel and cashew Brazil nut ice cream with a chocolate hazelnut fudge swirl and roasted almonds.

Posted: 6/12/11 at 8:10amI've been to their factory in VT. They have an actual graveyard up on a hill behind the parking lot. It looks just like the cartoon one on that site. You can wander through and mourn old friends or laugh at the misguided flavor ideas.

Artscallion, I went on a tour of the factory in '93. I don't think the flavor graveyard was there yet.
My favorites: chubby hubby, peanut brittle, peach cobbler and s'mores.

Posted: 6/12/11 at 9:45amI went on the factory tour too, and don't recall the graveyard either. I can't remember when that was. But, my parents aren't very observant to things like that sometimes.

Posted: 6/12/11 at 10:16amThis was probably around 2007, I think. It was on the other side of the parking lot from the factory itself. You have to climb up the path to the top of a hill. It's not in plain sight, and easy to miss if you're not looking for it. http://tinyurl.com/6aqdtgq

Posted: 6/12/11 at 2:28pmYeah, I think I was there when I was 14 or 15 which would be 1998 or 1999. Maybe it didn't exist in that form yet.
