A five-centimeter fir tree has been found in the lung of a man who complained he had a strong pain in his chest and was coughing blood.

Doy. I'm glad this is a hoax, because it's too freaky. I was surprised a plant could grow in the dark, constricted space of a lung, and lo and behold, a plant can't.

Just as an FYI tho- I have seen a documented an optho case where a seed sprouted in a womens eye. Yes folks that "something in my eye" worse than you imagined.

Besides, for a biopsy, did they take the whole freaking lung out?
