I love the smell and taste of roasted garlic. I always through a thing of garlic into the pan when I roast chicken. So good! Some people think garlic is always garlic-y. When it's properly cooked, it's great. I also make garlic chips. Those are good too.

Garlic is very yummy. My mom THROWS (through? lol.) garlic in everything too. Especially mashed potatoes. YUM.
