I once dated a girl because she looked just like Ms. Bancroft, she was truly my favorite actress...
Much love goes to Mel and their family.
I once waited on them both years ago and they were generous,kind and full of interested conversation and warm humor.

In an interview that Anne gave quite awhile ago, she was asked (rather indelicately) why a woman of her grace, beauty, charm and class was married to Mel Brooks. Without flinching - and without even a hint of the disdain that the interviewer deserved - she said, "Because he makes me laugh, and that's what counts."
I'm glad you had a love and life full of laughter, our beautiful and gifted Anne. Peace to you and to your loved one's heart.
