Puck never auditioned for it in the first place, LOL!
Season 3 pick up
http://tvbythenumbers.com/2010/05/23/ew-reports-foxs-glee-picked-up-for-a-third-season-before-its-first-season-ends/52189
well he never was shown technically auditioning - but he had performed with Acafellas before joining ND so they knew he could sing and dance.
If Puck is on the outs, I will be all kinds of upset- but I hate it is him versus Artie. I personally think Finn is most expendable. Mark and Kevin are far better singers than Cory. I am also more into the idea of Puckleberry (there is really no reason for this except I found their chemistry to be hot though Puck with anything is already a turn-on) though Brittana are by far my favorite pairing.
Not surprised by Season 3 already picked up. I read the EW cover story months ago that Ryan Murphy already had the first three seasons planned since inception. It is what comes after that what I am most intrigued about.
I didn't mind Puckleberry as much as I thought I would! But I'm a sap and am rooting for Finn and Rachel. For some reason, I think Puck and Britt would be AWESOME together!
I have no idea who this is but...

MANILA, Philippines--The Philippines' pride, international pop star CharicePempengco, will soon join the cast of the award-winning American musical comedy-drama TV series "Glee."
In a TV interview at her Glorietta show on May 23, Pempengco herself hinted at "a surprise" that will surely make her fans happy. "Basta in na in posiyangayon," she said.
The quote set off the Internet abuzz with rumors, which zeroed in on the possibility of Pempengco appearing on "Glee" because the show's theme and the cast's age group fits her.
"Yes, it's true, Charice will soon join "Glee," her Philippine manager, Grace Mendoza, confirmed to the Inquirer. "And not just as a guest, but as part of the cast in a new season."
The popular TV show won the 2010 Golden Globe Award for Best Television Series Musical or Comedy.
Pempengco's joining the "Glee" cast comes on the heels of her most recent triumph as the first Asian to break into the Top 10 of the Billboard album chart. Her self-titled US CD has debuted at No. 8 in its first week of release, selling 43,000 copies in America alone.
The album is at No. 4 in the Canadian music chart."

Here's a clip of Charice singing on the Ellen DeGeneres Show. Her voice is incredible, I'm just wondering how her acting chops are...

What caught me is how Perez Hilton picked up on it

And we all know how connected Perez hilton is in Hollywood.
I remember when she was actually being considered here in this forum to play Kim in Miss Saigon when the news that the Musical Miss saigon will be picked up for a movie treatment.

Full acting job in the Philippines TV drama before she got Busy statesides
The Kurt-Finn argument was such a great scene. Mike O'Malley and Chris Colfer acted the hell outta that scene.
I love Kurt's dad. I just love him. Enough said.
Kurt's dad was incredible.
I also loved when Rachel said:
"James." piano player comes out from the wings (Rachel to Shelby) "He's always around."
yeah, great way to cover up that you needed him there to play the piano. :)
Burt should have asked what was going on first. Finn was in a strange house/room, sharing a place with someone who is clearly crushing on him. If Finn had been a girl and Kurt some creepy dude, it would have been a different matter. I understood both boys, but I hated that Finn was made out to be so 'hateful' for a moment so that Burt could have another shining moment of standing up for his son. Finn had never used the hate discourse to hurt someone like that before this episode.
It didn't help that Cory M. is such a good actor and sold everything he did tonight. That boy (along with his fellow Gleeks) keeps elevating this show from jukebox musical with plot to a show with great dramatic scenes. These kids are talented all around, and their acting is as strong as their singing and dancing. Lea Michele is really a wonderful actress and her scenes with Idina Menzel were gorgeous. Their singing was beautiful.
PLEASE, Santana, keep singing. She's great!

Corny episode over all, esp since Gaga annoys the crap out of me.... BUT ... big props to the Kurt/Finn/Kurt Dad scenes!! I love Mr. Hummel! Finn at the end totally caught me by surprise and was awesome.
Puck - those arms, those spandex pants..... oh my!
Next week my Matthew gets dirty, yay!
Glad I'm not the only who doesn't get the Gaga love.
Yeah, I wish Santana sang more. and that they had those two other guys that are in Glee (I know Mike is the name of the great dancer, but whose the other guy?) given more lines. They're in Glee too, I want to know their life story in the show.
Well Matt (aka Shaft) finally got a line tonight while dressed as Kiss. Santana has sung a lot in the back 9 and Mike Chang & Brit Brit have had a lot more dance time (and Mike has gotten a lot of facial expression shots). There is only so much time to give to all, and the 4 are still technically not "regulars" yet. Santana & Brit Brit will have the billing for Season 2.
While the whole set-up in the basement was something that was definitely not in Finn's wheelhouse, I fail to see how yelling about something 'faggy' in that tone more than once does NOT cause any sirens to go off, especially for Mr. Hummel who was getting harassing calls abut Kurt's sexuality. Kurt was not trying to impress to get him to come on over but after Finn's protestations about living in the same space, Kurt wanted to surprise him with his own space. Kurt's problem was he did not consider what Finn wanted his space to look like, just his vision (albeit a rather nice vision). It was only a matter of time I think for Finn to lower himself to the guys who picked on him about being in glee club and living with Kurt now, as he already stated he could not change around Kurt (despite basically doing the same thing around a bunch of guys, including Kurt, during football games). I did not find it creepy at all, at the very least it was not as creepy as when Schue in the pilot 'discovered' Finn singing alone in the shower while Finn thought there was nobody there.

Hated Kurt, felt bad for Finn, loved Kurt's dad.
While Finn's f-word tantrum was certainly not okay, it was definitely inevitable. I'm glad he said it, so that Kurt's dad could say the right thing in response, and they could get it all out in the open. Because I've found the Kurt-crushes-on-Finn thing excruciating since day one.
I don't buy Kurt as any sort of victim in the situation though. He completely steamrolled Finn, manipulated the whole situation with his parents, and was fully posed to take advantage of it at every turn. I think his self centeredness upstages even Rachel's.

Not one of the better episodes. It's falling too much into the soap opera category. Kurt's father invites them to live in the house which obviously Finn doesn't want. Then Finn snaps and Kurt's father is telling them to move out all in the same week? Waaaay too soap opera.
No Jane Lynch makes for a dull show.
Idina was great. Hope they can write more for her character.
Is Groff in this show or not? They can't keep having classroom scenes with him not there and having the character show up whenever.
Well based off the previews for next week - they show Jesse back on stage with VA.

Then they really need to have an excellent monologue or song for Mr. Schuster explaining why he let Jesse into their Glee club.
