TheaterBaby: Hee! Me, too! I was so psyched. Not only did I meet him, but he was sitting at "my" table (on stage) when he got hauled away and shot by the French police! (We were doing a reading of Casablanca, and he played Ugarte, the Peter Lorre role.) I got to ad lib with him, react in a horrified manner as her was dragged of, shouting... Fun times!
Lorelei: Thanks! And I'm sure I can figure it out...I'll check the TV listings.

How did I miss this bump?
I loved last night's episode! Emily was fantastic. It looks like these next couple of episodes are going to be geared more toward Rory than Lorelai.
And I'm positive that they have NEVER said "I love you" in an episode. I do remember reading something, though, where Lauren said her perception was that they said it, just off-screen. When we haven't seen it. It's just going to be a little anti-climactic when they do do it, because they are engaged. Obviously they love each other.

I LOVE IT!
As I said, I'm slightly obsessed with this show.

#109re: Gilmore Girls Love Thread
Posted: 10/13/05 at 10:07pmI think they probably either find condoms in Rory's room, or they find her and Logan in bed together.

no- because we already know that.
I have no idea.
Has anyone noticed that we have NEVER heard Lorelai say "I love you" to a guy? Not that she hasn't said it, but she hasn't on screen. Not even to Max, who she was going to marry. He said it to her, but not her to him. It's wierd.

Yeah, WE already know that; but the Grandparents don't.
Maybe Lauren Graham has a problem saying it when she doesn't really mean it?

well it just said what is going to be the next surprise? I don't know...
Anyways, I think Lauren Graham is brilliant. I can't imagine her having problems just saying that on screen. That would be crazy.

I think that the preview brings about the question of marriage. I always wondered why they never said i love you. Rory says it to Logan for the first time next week yes? Well they have already been having sex and dating so don't you think that love would be implied?
O god i need a life!

Ok, can we keep the thread SPOILER FREE please? Thanks. I know some of it's on the preview, but the thing about the wedding wasn't. So let's just be careful.
Anyways, I like Logan, but I really liked Jess. I hope he comes back.

Posted: 10/14/05 at 10:28pmYay! I love Gilmore Girls, but I refuse to read spoilers. I kind of hope Rory and Logan don't get married. I like Logan, but I loved Jess and I really hope they get back together. Hated Dean, though. I'm so glad he's gone.

First of all, thank you ashley!
I can't and could never stand Dean ( he was more of a girl then she was), and to me, Logan and Rory don't hit it off as well as she and Jess did. I loved them together as a couple, and personally i loved his character. Plus, he's hott. I have a spoiler, but i won't say, and some may know, but i'm dying to tell.

Nope, sorry. And PLEASE don't say the spoiler. Anyways, I have always thought that when Luke said, "I'm in. I am all in." That meant I love you. Then in Say Something (the one where they break up) she says that too. I always thought that was their way of saying it. Little touches. You don't always have to say "I love you" to mean I love you.

i don't think she's ever said i love you to luke, but i could be mistaken
as for dean, i liked him at first, but then he baecame this jelous mess that i hated(it's a little strong, i know, but it works with what i'm trying to say)

Posted: 10/19/05 at 3:32pmI always love them...but I thought last night was a bit of a rip off, after all the teasers and commercials had been touting the revelation of some big secret...
