I am on my third call back as "Millie" in Thoroughly Modern Millie and was wondering what note it is that I am belting at the very end of "Gimme, Gimme?" I feel like my head is gonna explode...
(I don't read music.)
Thanks for the help..

Well, without the music I can't really say, but if you count up the number of lines and spaces on the Treble-cleff (top staff), maybe we could help you out that way.
Side note--if you're a singer of any kind, go out and buy a beginners piano book and teach yourself to read music. Or invest in a class.
Agreed -if you want to sing, learn how to read music. It's more important than you realize and will help you so much.
And you also won't have to post threads like this :0)
It's a C, one octave above middle c. If it feels like your head is about to explode, that's not so good!! Try a belty mix, or at least mix it for rehearsals and save the blowyourheadoff belting for performances.
