Not to the best of my knowledge...unless you count Starlight Express itself as an arbiter figure, since it acts as a sort of guiding light/fairy godmother type character, but there isn't anyone actually *Called* (the/an) Arbiter in the cast...

It seems like there was some kind of "Controller" or something prior to the revision with a little kid with a train set....but that was back when I first saw it in the West End. I never saw the NYC or Vegas versions, and only a preview of the latest sad little tour.

Yes, that was in the version I saw -- which I think is the sad little tour to which you refer. I spent the whole show hoping that the kid who was responsible for making me watch these races got beat up at school the next day.

I have NEVER met Cheyenne Jackson. I have never hung out with him in his dressing room, he did not tweet me, he never bought me a beverage, and he mostly certainly didn't tickle me. . .that is all.

I'm certainly not trolling for "gorgeous men" or having that designation thrown on me, but why the hell not?
I just got my hair cut and it's funsies to have this short hair after 11 years of long and curly.
It's a little hazy but camera phones'll do that.
