LOL I'm not sure when Caduet (high bp/high cholesterol med) also became an ED medication.
Oops! I didn't pay attention to the specific med, it just looked like one of those typical ED ads.
Ooops - better post from Barb below.

SNLMedia, it's not just you, it's a frequent mistake people make with that particular ad. Greg has even joked during interviews about it, like from this Playbill interview dated November 2008 (talking about people figuring out where they know him from):
"Oh yeah! You're from that erectile dysfunction commercial!" [laughs], and I think, that's good advertising. Everybody thinks because the couple in the ad is tango dancing, that the poor guy's got an erectile problem, but in fact it's high blood pressure medication. Because there's so much advertising for Viagra and Cialis, people will come to the stage door and say, "Oh, and I've seen your erectile dysfunction commercial." And I'll say, "Good, good. I'm glad you saw that."

is it just me or does someone else see the guy that's a little bit in the camera shot in Greg's clip of Cybill on the webpage when he gets thrown into the door? watch it is slowmo too and you'll see him. brown hair and blue shirt. :)
ok, this is one of the funniest clips I have ever seen!

Forgive me if this already came up but is that Greg in that obnoxious Olive Garden commercial?
First of all - I agree completely, Dre. That's the best of all the clips!
As for Olive Garden - Greg is in one of their commercials but I don't see anything obnoxious about it. (I see you just joined up recently. I'd suggest you change your screen name. "Clever" just doesn't fit.)
Snap. First of all, I've been here a little more than a year, which I know isn't very long in Broadway Legends time, but it's still a respectable time period. Second,I never said, nor do I believe that Greg is obnoxious (and even if I thought that, I wouldn't join the love thread to say so) but I do hate those Olive Garden commercials. But the commercial was on, I thought "hey is that Greg Jbara?" and then, as if the gods themselves wanted me to learn the answer to this pressing question, I fell across this thread. No disrespect intended :)
oh snap Mamie.
yeah, both of those clips are awesome! love them!
oh sh*t. the new clip is short but good. and scary.

Gang, wanted to let you all know that Team BILLY ELLIOT is just a little more than half-way to its online donations goal for BC/EFA.
Thanks to all who have donated so far. BC/EFA is a great charity of which Greg is a big supporter. I'm really hoping that the goal of $1000 (at least!) can be reached by the 11:59 PM deadline on April 26.
To make it even more convenient, donations can be pledged over a period of several months. (Example: pledge $5 per month for 4 months, and it will count as a $20 donation to the team's online total.) Of course if $5 is all someone can donate, period, that is terrific too! It all adds up. (By the way, I don't want anyone to feel bad if they can't give at all; I know money's tight in these times.)
Thanks, all! Link to apply a donation to Team BILLY ELLIOT is below. (Edited to fix link and to say a huge thanks, whoever you are, for the additional donations! Currently at $640 / 64% of the goal.)
xoxo Barb

I love this show and I love Greg Jbara and I say it with a donation here. Billy Elliot is doing better than any other show and it still isn't close to the $1000 goal. Can't everybody pitch in with a $5 or $10'er? $5 for every autograph Greg's given you for free in the past. $10 for every photo he's posed for with you. Wouldn't that be a nifty way to say thank you?

Hi, Gang, Since some had wondered what happened with Greg's eye (the cut above it; see recent Drama Desk party photos), I sort of talked him into doing a blog entry of the story behind it when he told me what happened. :) So here it is, for anyone interested, which everyone should be, because it's Greg Jbara! - xoxo Barb
PS I think he's gonna live, by the way.
[ETA] PS #2 Greg's new Pearle Vision commercial has been spotted a couple of times on BBC America last couple of days. Anyone else seen it anywhere? There are 15 and 30 second spots on tv. (Plus two 60 sec. and one 30 sec. radio spots.)
Greg blogs about his boo-boo!

I'm interested! Poor Greg - it looks sore. I still think he should blame it on his roommate, Joel. He's well known for punching out the other cast members!
We care, we care. Thank you Barb for Greg's blog regarding his eye.
Love Mamie's comment regarding Joel. Haha :)
CONGRATS GREG!!!!!! AND EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH BILLY ELLIOT!!!!

Congrats to Greg
Greg is nominated.
All is well in the world.
From Peter Filichia's Diary today:
"And, as my buddy Robert Weinstein pointed out, "We have a Broadway veteran finally getting first Tony recognition: The always superb Greg Jbara. He stood out in the ensemble as Sohovik (the catcher) in the Damn Yankees revival, he brought down the house at the end of every performance of Victor / Victoria; he was the first replacement for Billy Flynn, he coulda/shoulda been nominated as Andre in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels." While I've never shaken hands with Jbara, I'm also told that he's one of the 12 nicest people in the business. Congrats, Mr. J!"
Awww.
So, I think I just saw Greg in a Pearle Vision commercial. Not sure cause his side was facing the camera the whole time. But it sounded like him. Yay Greg!
BRAVO GREG!!! on winning the Outer Critics Circle Award!!!!! Of course knowing that Greg was a total winner is no news to anybody here. But I'm still so very, very happy for him!
they've been awarded already?? Congrats Greg!!!
Indeed - Congratulations to Greg, Haydn, and all the members of the Billy Elliot family. May this just be the start of many more awards to come.
