Posted: 4/14/06 at 8:55pmLamb is my favorite type of red meat. I like roast lamb, chops, but my favorite is a dish of braised lamb shanks in wine. Incidently, Jews do not eat lamb for Passover becasuse it was sacrificed.

Posted: 4/14/06 at 9:45pmOne time when I was little my parents wanted me to try some new foods since I'm probably the pickiest eater on earth, so they cut up some lamb and told me it was steak. Needless to say it was the most amazing thing I've ever tasted and I ate it all, only to feel sick and horrible after I found out it was lamb. While I did love that lamb, I haven't had a bite since (they're just so cute!) so I chose ham.
