So, nobody mentioned that today was a double 13, for those who believe in that sort of thing (unlucky and all that). I think it happens, every 500 years or so. Anyway today's date is the 13th, it's a Friday, and the date adds to 13 (1+0+1+3+2+0+0+6=13)! If you suffer from paraskevidekatriaphobia, it's supposed to be twice as horrible! Now that the day is just about done, anyone find it particularly unlucky?

I'm not the least bit superstitious, but my Friday the 13th has sucked. It started with me discovering that the IRS had put a levy on my checking account. Not only did they levy my checking account, they timed it so that my deposit to cover my rent check got seized and my rent check itself bounced. Now, not only do I have to scramble to cover everything, my landlord thinks I'm a dead beat.
