I find Adrian unconventionally hot.
And like Corine2, I had a crush on George Reeves.

Posted: 7/14/06 at 8:30pmLooks great. I'm a big fan of Diane Lane and Adrien Brody. I don't think that Ben Affleck is much of an actor. The only good performance I've seen him give was in Good Will Hunting. I hope he does well in this.

This looks great. I am crazy about Adrien Brody, and I'll see Diane Lane in just about anything. I thought her work in Unfaithful was one of the best film performances in years.

in the dvd LOOK UP IN THE SKY: THE STORY OF SUPERMAN, they said that when they analayzed the gun that was used in the "suicide," there were no fingerprints . . . not even George Reeves'!

The book lays out a scenario that he was dating an ex girlfriend of a mobster I believe . He was warned off & ignored it. The police investigation was laughable. He was in an auto accident, had a lot of pain so they made their conclusion that is why he killed himself. His mother, to her dying day, did not believe it & hired private investigators to get to the truth. She died before they did.
Supposedly he was angry that he could not get an other role but he had just found out that the series was to have been picked up for another season.
We will never know

Posted: 7/15/06 at 4:29pmYeah . . . on the dvd as well, the lady who played Lois Lane (Can't remember her name) said that three days before he committed "Suicide," he was telling her that he was so excited to come back because he wanted to try directing a few episodes and so on! It is strange. Especially since his fingerprints were not found on the gun.

Totally O/T - All I keep thinking of is Camp Hollywoodland, which I went to during the summers when I was young.
It was right near the "Hollywood" sign - hence the name.

Posted: 7/15/06 at 6:47pmHe had , I believed , directed the last or next to last episode of the final season. I think it was The Perils of Superman. It was one of the better ones of the series. I heard the same thing about he wanted to come back to direct a few episodes

Posted: 7/17/06 at 2:04pmone of the two women playing Lois Lane, and the man playing Jimmy Olsen, in that series, were just profiled in the NY Times, I believe (is that where I saw it this weekend)? they have cameos in SUPERMAN RETURNS....

Glad to hear that Affleck is not bad.
He was terrible in Shakespeare in Love.
I would like to see this film about Hollywood in the 50s.
