No, you see fflagg has a life and neal does not. He is a middle-aged queen who has all of the cliched CDs on his shelf, his rainbow flag, and his poodle to complete the image.

By this time next month BS's CD will be out of the Top 10 and in the cutout bin gathering dust. It is so dull and pretentious. I wonder if the photo of her dog in the liner notes is also airbrushed?

Lynn Samuels is playing "Cry Me a River" and exclaimed "That's when she was having a good time! Have fun Barbra!"

Fflagg, in 1 month we'll revisit this thread to see if cd is in the Top 10. It just came out on Tuesday, and not sure what the cutoff is for Billboard's Top 10 this week - probably next week. And, if it isn't in the Top 10 in a month.....how does that change anything? What difference does that make?

Since you opened up the line of dialogue, Barbra's 3 dvd set that came out earlier this year "Barbra Concerts," is the highest selling music dvd of 2009.

Yes, Barbra's pics on the cd are quite airbrushed. Many artists - film, tv, recording, etc...do that. And, many artists don't. That's their choice. How does that change anything?

Rainbow flag? No. Never understood how some people feel the need to be only identified by their sexual orientation. I guess when you're insecure, that's something to hide behind, I suppose.

Yes, Barbra did have the wrong info when she called for the Boycott in Colorado. She quickly apologized about not knowing what was going on. I think that was back in 1992, if I remember correctly.

Yes, a lot of people were surprised when she had the wrong info about that - especially coming from her. Chalk that up to human error. It happens.

And, of course, when you're famous, people will notice what you do/say when it's in the press. If you're Joe Blow, nobody would care. The price of fame, I guess.

I'm glad we have celebs like Barbra would can use their celebrity to their advantage and educate people about human/civil rights, tolerance and acceptance. Her foundation has raised tens of millions of dollars for her favorite charities.
