The American Indian is a different story. We gave them the royal hosing. They have a right to be pissed. We gave them some trinkets. Now you can get the same thing on QVC

There are good & bad in every race. I live in an area in Queens with a lot of Russians. Some nice ones & some turds. You do not mess with them in Brooklyn as you will wind up hanging on a hook in Minsk.

I would be glad to clarify Carlos and Roxy with all the bashing of Russia and disgusting bigotted comments (from people who should know better since they are often discriminated) on everything from what some isolated skin heads did to the Cold War, i often like to keep some of the more bigotted folks here honest by pointing out that every country has its warts, with the Holocaust of the American Indian as example

Also, I have never ever said anything about Salem Witch Trials. thats just another lie sent to me by those who cant debate me on the facts.

The point, Roxy, is how moronic it is to try to say "hey, we all do it" by bringing up something the U.S. did that 1) no one on here has agreed with , 2) happened hundreds of years ago and 3) a poopload of other reasons

That's part of the false equivalency.

We shouldn't be upset at how Russia is treating LGBT individuals because our forefathers also did something we disagree with?!?

The problem with screwing up the Olympics to get egg on Putins face could backfire.

He is vindictive and after the Olympics he could really make things a whole lot worse. Obama should go to show solidarity and that would get the message across without making things worse. the Olympics are for 2 weeks . Afterwards, it will be much much longer.

This is also a good time to point out that though the troll was fond of claiming that she was disliked because people disagreed with her politics, Roxy's political views are often at odds with a lot of folks here, and yet people are happy to discuss issues with him and validate his points when they're in agreement (although I'm sure it often doesn't feel that way to him).

Roxy participates in the boards as a whole and makes a contribution.

I try but you twist my words and would rather criticize me as a person, country of origin or my spelling or use of commas then debate.

also thats because

1) Roxy is very polite, for instance he has never accused me of having sex with my dad, or being sold for sex by my dad, or being an illegal alien or being a sex worker as you and your pals have NAMO
2) i dont know for sure, but i dont recall him defending religion, the pope or god. big no nos for the Mean Girls
3) he has been here for 10 years
4) he is not a straight girl
5) he is not a hated Russian/Ukraine immigrant
