Had to make this thread to go along with all of the threads about basically every time of life.
What do you love about being a girl (or impersonating one, if you aren't one?)
I love wearing fancy dresses and shoes. I feel so sorry for guys-- their dress clothes are so BORING. And I love getting to obsess over the silliest things without being told that they're wimpy or 'gay'... really, I don't see how guys stand it all!
I love that I have the power to create life (if I so choose) !!! You guys don't have that option. Sorry.
Excuse me, is this becoming an "I enjoy making guys feel bad" thread?

Oh Reg you know we love you...we just really also love being girls.
I know I'll be decrepit and unable to walk by the time I hit my late 40s, but I adore wearing pumps. Black, red...pretty much any color that goes with my outfit for that day or occasion. 4 and a half inch heels give me even more height, so I'm over 6 feet tall with them on. In the words of Bye Bye Birdie" "How lovely to be a woman..."
Reg, darling, there are so many things about being a man that trump being a woman. Let us have some fun!
For example, world domination...that's always been a male trait I would have liked.
I enjoy being a girl for 25/26 days every month. The other five, I stomp around muttering "you can TELL Rodgers and Hammerstein were men!", much to the confusion of pretty much everyone.
For the record, I love girls who enjoy being girls.
Seriously.
I also love girls who eat.
Oh, then you'd adore me.
Well, Weez, wait until you get a little older. You'll like being a girl for even fewer days a month...until you go through menopause (so I'm told! We'll see.)
But it's a small price to pay for being the CREATORS OF LIFE!
LOL, Weez. Luckily, since I've discovered birth control pills, I enjoy being a girl every day of the month!
Other than that, I love heels. I have countless pairs, and they're actually more comfy to me than flats are. I also love being able to get into parties and bars more easily just because I'm a chick, and getting things for free. Good times indeed!
Oh yeah, getting things for free is a great benny!

Reg, I also like women who aren't afraid to eat. A lot of my friends might order a salad while we're out, but in reality want a New York strip medium rare. I say gimme the strip and a baked potato. If I'm hungry I'm gonna eat, I don't care who's around.
For those who enjoy creating life, that's a freakin' bonus and wonderful for you, no sarcasm meant. :) Life creation is, however, not exactly on my To Do list, so I could do without the five-day stomp. XD
I must say, there's something pretty cool about being able to get served quickly in a crowded pub just by leaning on the bar *just so*. :3
I am a girl who eats, and I'm chuffed as chips with my body-shape, and I feel sad that so many girls feel they shouldn't eat because their brains have been reprogrammed to think only an unhealthy-looking almost-unattainable body-shape is attractive.
I actually loathe girls who don't eat. I'm picky, but when I find something I like, I will devour it in seconds.
THEY enjoy being girls.

Weez, I can't tell you how many times my "girls" have come in handy on a rowdy night at the bar. Shift a little to the right, and lower the old shoulder and my drink's on the way in a snap.
HE enjoys being a BIG girl.

At some point in the future, we're going to have a BWW Girls Night Out, right? These Girls Nights In are awesome, but don't do much for my "not getting out of the house". XD
Where are some good nyc bars where you can enjoy being a girl? I've lived here a long time and have no clue about nightlife.
I like that the day after I had to hang out with my ex and his new girlfriend, I bought a pair of high heeled leopard print shoes and felt a little better.
I like that Michelle Obama is one of us.
Here's the thing about being the CREATORS OF LIFE: we don't have to but we can--if we want to. They can't.
When I was in my 20s, the thought of having a baby was completely alien to me. I SO wanted to be a man and resented that I had to deal with NOT getting pregnant. Then, something snapped. After I had my first child, I realized how POWERFUL we are!
My husband was watching Gilligan's Island and trying to "cajole" me during labor. ANYONE can do that! What I did was magnificent! Woman = god.
I love getting dressed up too, Schmerg.
And yes, I love the fact that I carried my son inside me for 8 months (he was early). It was a beautiful experience for me.
Hmmmm......getting guys to buy you free drinks is pretty cool too.
And yeah. I like to eat. I'm eating pizza right now. With a glass of cab.
Another thing about being pregnant: you HAVE TO put on weight. How great is that?
I enjoy a girl.
I know, I ate a pound of jellybeans in a week in my 7th month.
