That sounds fun, tofu........
We're not doing much, my mom is coming to visit tomorrow for the week!
I LOVE poker nights!
Well, I've already kinda mentioned my plans.... Jordan (my BF) is taking me to Mamma Mia tomorrow night! I have an awesome dress btw (I might post a picture once I get batteries for the camera)
Oh and PM me if you want to add me on Facebook (I ment to say that a loong time ago!)
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu
And are you going out to dinner beforehand? If so, where? There are so many great places downtown to eat!
My husband's great-uncle is turning 90 and we are going to his birthday party. WOO HOO. Which I don't really care about the Valentine's Day angle of it - it's really just a day, but it's nearly impossible to get a sitter on V-day. Hence my mom coming to visit!
OH, I'm sure we're going out to dinner but I don't know where! I should ask him that... lol.
I usually cannot stand Valentines Day.... but it's nice to have something to do for once. If I was single I would most likely going to see Mall Cop with my mom and brother... and loving it!

OOoo... we shall see!

So glad to hear everyone's okay!
I work all weekend, but I won't be there too much longer so it's all good.
I may go see Coraline tomorrow too, I'm not sure.

Ah-ha!!! Well played Stockard. It actually slipped my mind that it was V-day tomorrow. Since I'm such a "commit-a-phobe" it's always been just another day for me. Oh well maybe I'll have some prospects next year.
I LOVE poker nights!
OMG Clever, aren't they fun?! I love it when I beat my guy friends, because they always think they're soooo macho. But by the end of the night when they're handing their last $20 over to me it makes me all tingly knowing they just got beat by a GIRL!!!
where did she meet Elaine Stritch? Im crazy jealous right along with you!
She goes to DeSales and apparently Elaine was there. Crazy crazy crazy.
And my plans for this weekend consist of a night out with my single girlfriends. Nothing romantic for me this year LOL. And Tofu, right when you said you were going paintballing I thought 'what a fun way to spend Valentine's Day'!
BB, now I have that Single Ladie's song in my head....LOL! Girl's nights are always fun!
I have a pretty full weekend. I'm ironically going to look at wedding dresses tomorrow. (I find it ironic at least). I'm planning my friend's wedding and there's a place here that's going out of business, so she's driving up to look at their dresses, since they're a bargin right now. Then we're going to see an improv musical that my improv teacher is in. I'm quite excited about that part.
Nothing too special about Valentine's Day for me, but I do have a Valentine. He asked me the other day. Granted he's in Minneapolis and I'm in DC...he's gay and I'm straight...but we do love each other dearly...so he's my Valentine. :)

Luscious, that sounds great!!! Gay men always make the best Valentines. They're so attentive and smell like Dior instead of Corn Nuts.
corn nuts? My husband never smells like corn nuts?
By the way tofu, I meant to tell you that the other night I watched "The Bad Seed" for the first time and LOVED IT!

Well good for you snagging a Non-Corn Nut Stockard. Kudos!!
BB, that film is so effing good!!! While I love that little sociopath Rhoda, my favorite character was Hortence, Claude's mother. Maybe I just have a thing for drunk older ladies. I dunno.
Isn't she the creepiest kid ever?
Yes, but in an oddly adorable way LOL
And tofu, I loved her too. Drunk older ladies is right up my alley, which is probably why I get along with my mother and her friends so well.
Yeah, my husband actually wears cologne. Which reminds me of my gay friend from college, who used to drench himself in Drakar Noir and wear his ray-bans in the classroom. He was hilarious!
Aww Maisie he sounds adorable! The fact that he's willing to plan something creative means that he's a keeper! I hope you two have fun!
