I assume it will...as for right now I made one update and already feel like I'm over it, haha!
I never check Twitter anymore.
"Gooood mornin, good mornin!
We've talked the whole night through.
Good mornin, good mornin to you!"
Piano, I am pretty sure I'm going up on the 27th because it's the last payweek in June!
I'm hoping the store isn't too busy today because if it's not busy I get to sit down stairs and tag stuff! Sitting is good. lol
It's freezing here today... high of 55 or something. It feels like fall not spring!
"If we don't live happily ever after at least we survive until the end of the week!" -Kermit the frog "I need the money... it costs a lot to look this cheap!" -Dolly P. "Oh please, Over at 'Gypsy' Patti LuPone hasn't even alienated her first daughter yet!" Mary Testa in "Xanadu" "...Like a drunk Chita Rivera!" Robin de Jesus in "In the Heights"
"B*tch, I don't know your life." -Xanadu After that if he still doesn't understand why you were uncomfortable and are now infuriated, kick him again but this time with Jazz Hands!!! -KillerTofu
Yeah, it is chilly!
well the rest of the week should be in the mid 70's
And yes! This will be awesome if you come on the 27th!
and Maisie, I remember those awards! I always knew what mine was going to be though... I was the only senior in orchestra... it was a painful senior year lol
Hi all!! Welcome to the thread Diva! :)
I loved seeing the IEBAG 2010 Convention invite in my facebook today!
This weekend was NUTS. I had my costume parade for the show...got mad at my director and the cast got to see the girl they thought was just so sweet be mad. I think now they know why I laugh everytime they say I'm so sweet. I talked to a couple later and they were like...duuuuuude you were really mad...it was almost scary, but kind of funny.
I have a friend in town and so he came with me to the costume stuff and then we went to get our hair done and mine's pretty wild now. Really vibrant red with black and blonde sections. Then we went to go see a bunch of my friends in The Great American Trailer Park. I don't think I've laughed so hard in a long time. It's such a funny show, but then to see my friends do it...awesome. Turns out the entire cast and crew from Falsettos was there (cause two of that cast were in Trailer Park). Then a bunch of people from "Jeffrey" (the show I'm doing now) were there and it was nuts. I knew over half of the audience. It's exciting that I know all these people now!!! Then we went out with my love (the gay guy I thought was straight I told you about during Falsettos) and the kid from that show (is it weird that I miss the 14 year old so much? He's a sweet kid and I think that he triggers my maternal instincts. I was excited when I saw him at the show and he saw me later and basically tackled me and hugged me about 15 times) and his mom and my friend. Good times.
By the way...the marketing page for Jeffrey is up and running. The promotion music video is done and fabulous!!! Check it out here: http://www.romorassociates.com/dominion/jeffrey/#VIDEO%20CLIPS
I just talked to my "boss" at LACS (I wouldn't call Ira my boss per say.... I boss him around more then he does me! lol) and I *think* that next years show is going to be either "The Wedding Singer" or "Seussical".... either way, since I am not directing, I am planning some crazyass costumes!! I'm going to start sketching tonight.... I'll make sure to post my ideas, cause y'all give great feedback!

I didn't get to see her in it but I've heard that it's hilarious.
Good afternoon, ladies and Piano! (can I just say ladies and know Piano is included?)
wu, N2N is one of the best shows I've ever seen. And, yeah, hit home for us too. It really shook my daughter to the core. I need to go see that show again!!
I'm seeing Billy Elliot Friday!! yay.
Congrats on your award, Maisie.....
Yay, clever!!!
My husband is driving me nuts. He needs to get a new job. Where he actually leaves the house from 9-5.
Stock, does he work from home??? Oh, good lord I would have to KILL my husband if he was hanging around here all day. Lovingly, of course...
He sometimes calls on clients, but sometimes does presentations from here over the web. His current employer is phasing out his position so there is not much for him to do at all right now. He needs a new job ASAP.....we're ok financially and stuff, but he's driving me insane.
I hear ya! My girlfriend's husband worked in high-risk commercial lending and lost his job back in September. He is literally driving my friend insane. She is THISCLOSE to strangling him.
I wonder what retirement will be like when we have to hang with our husbands 24/7?
In September????? OH MY GOD, I would have killed him by now for sure.
My step-father drives my mom nuts......
When my husband does retire we might have to have separate residences.
Ugh I don't get to take a lunch today because half of customer service is out and our computer system crashed earlier. Now I've got tons of work to catch up on. Lame.
I'm sorry, bb! That sucks!
I think there's something wrong with me. I need to go shopping for work, but...I DON'T WANT TO! This is completely uncharacteristic of me. Maybe it's just because it's an impending sign that I do indeed have to go back to work at the end of this week.
Maisie! Can't wait to hear what your award is!
I just came back from this weird photoshoot type thing for the nominees for that theatre critic thing I talked about... the photographer was a weird old guy who was wearing a leather vest and the longest beard I've ever seen and kept saying things like, "Shift to your other buttcheek... now the other one again. Okay, I think your right buttcheek is my favorite."
Luscious, post some pictures of your hair! It sounds awesome!
I keep forgetting that I have a Twitter (actually, two). I usually go for like three weeks in between Twittering. Somehow, it's just not as addictive as BWW.
Schmerg, leather vests and talk of buttcheeks indicates immense creepiness. Ew.
luscious, I also want to see your hair! Sounds cute.
And Maisie, have fun at the awards! I'm sure you'll get a good one.
That's creepy, Schmerg. Where did this photoshoot take place?
It was at the photo lab at Fairfax High School. They've got some pretty crazy equipment over there. But it wasn't just me he was being creepy to-- it was everyone. He nicknamed this one boy Snowflake, and he kept telling him to pirouette. Because he asked the boy if he was in a group photo or individual, and the boy said, "individual." So the guy said, "Individual! Like a snowflake!"
And he told this one girl not to sit in a certain way because it made her look "like an ugly old fat guy" or something like that. Then he stopped taking photos for ten minutes to tell a long story about how he needed a molar extracted.
Who the hell was this freak?
Two words.
Crystal Meth.
Seriously is he a teacher there? Because I know people at that school. And he's freaky.
