Ok I went to a crazy hippy school and I didn't even have a teacher that creepy!

I bought this awesome pin from the store I work at today... I had to because it reminded me of Liza in Cabaret! It's made out of a beer bottle cap!

it's a paper image decorated with some glitter and the the bottle cap is filled with clear liquid that hardens and protects the image!
The company that makes them is called Weiner Wear (LOL).... I think they're from Arizona.

cool! I loved 4th grade! that was the only year I got straight A's for the whole year haha

I loved it also because we learned a lot of Virginia History and there is a TON and we got to visit the places :)

ok, ladies I need some help :/
I don't know if yall remember me explaining my friend from UMW and how she ditched me over spring break, but we worked everything out. I'll try to keep this short:
Her: "Hey have you seen 17 again?"
Me: "No, have you? I really want to"
Her: "Nope! I was waiting to see it with you :) I have to go to my sisters wedding this weekend, but we can see it when I get back"
Me: "Ok, just call/text when you want to"
That was 2 weeks ago, and then she went to DC for her sisters wedding and she came back. No response, I go check facebook and she has commented people, but not me, oh well, big deal. Well, Sunday, she said she was going to back to UMW and I saw she wrote my other friend saying she was going for 10 weeks for a conference. Now, I would have liked to know about this or for her to say she can't see the movie or something. I just don't like being ditched. Ever. Part of me wants to just let it go, but my friend (who has also seen this friend change for the worse) thinks I should confront her and let her know how I feel.
Any thoughts?

Piano, I would confront her only because this is isn't the first time she's done this to you. If your other friend notices the problem too, it shows that you aren't just being sensitive...there's a legitimate issue there. If it really bothers you (and I suspect it does), I don't know what could be lost from just rationally telling her how you feel...just pick your words calmly and wisely. Good luck with whatever you decide to do!

Maisie! COngratulations! That is outrageously cool (and the triple threat award sounds like the nicest thing ever!) It sounds like your school is so supportive of you!

Piano, I know you're just being your usual nice guy self, but unless you tell your "friend" what she's doing, she's just going to keep treating you like you only exist to be used at her convenience. But I do understand that it's really, really hard to confront a friend, especially when they get all defensive.

I had this really vivid dream last night that I was working on the set of a Taylor Swift music video (I don't even like Taylor Swift very much!) and then this one random guy in my science class asked me to prom and we started going out-- I don't even know this guy, and he's not really cute or interesting... I don't even know his last name. Then in the dream, I was ice skating at this weird garden and I hit my head, and I went to the doctor, except the "Doctor" was actually my chorus teacher, and she said that my brain was swelling and trying to leak out of my skull into my skin and I was upset that I'd miss prom.

Piano, maybe you should try an approach of concern. Ask if she's ok, that you notice a behavior cahnge and you are being affected by it. After finding out that she is ok, you can then, in all good conscience, dump that crappy friend!!

And thanks guys! I decided to write her a short email, but before I sent it I showed two friends who aren't involved with the situation to see if it was appropriate and not bitchy lol so, email is sent! now I just have to wait for a response.

Schmerg- WOAH...what a dream!

Oh and I'll try get pics of my hair soon. Now that it's had a couple days to even out I really like it. I don't think I mentioned the colors, but maybe I did. It's vibrant red (which has gotten a little less crazy) and then sections of light blonde and black. It's fun!
