Whoa, this is REALLY creepin' me out...
It is really bazaar... I don't really know what to do about it.
On an unrelated note I am kinda pissed because neither my mom or my stepdad will let me barrow $50 to get down to NYC on Tuesday. My mom really doesn't have the money to give me, but my stepdad does and is just being a jerk. It's not I am asking for a handout, I would pay them back later this week when my loan check comes! Now I get to go to dinner with my step-grandparents and try to get them to give me money (I hate asking them for money cause there always feel like there is strings attached). If that doesn't work I will have to barrow more money from my unemployed father... he gave me $60 last month so I feel bad asking him for more cash but at least this time I will pay him back!
Anyone gonna be in NYC on Tuesday? if ya are then let me know!

Ah Kels! that sucks D: Hopefully you can manage to get money somehow. I won't be in NY tuesday, but I will be the 17-19
Kels I'm just gonna miss you!! I'm getting to NYC late on Wednesday and staying through Friday evening.
Sorry, ladies..haven't been on here since Thursday..thank you for all the birthday wishes. It was a good one.
I had my annual review..and it was awesome. Last year was a tough one here..we added a new department and it almost doubled my work load. However, I was handsomely rewarded with a killer raise and even a bonus..which I never had before.
Went out til 5 am on Saturday..that hasn't happened in a long time.
I have had plenty to say but no time to say it! Firstly NYC and Rock of Ages was awesome... had such a good time! Oh and my guy kept me company on facebook chat for a good chunk of the ride back to Ithaca.
But Ahhh school! I am having a hard time at the moment because we we're talking about major depressive and bipolar in abnormal psych and we watched a video interview with this woman and I almost had to leave the room because it reminded me way too much of my mom. And now I am writing a paper on Marriage equality and am having to read the opposing argument and it's pissing me off!
I have decided to start my spring break a couple hours early tomorrow.... I am skipping my art class :-P Mostly because I am stressed and have no time to finish the project tonight! I am not pulling an all nighter again this week!
Oh and my ex comes into town on Sat..... it should be interesting to say the least!
I'll post more about my trip this weekend, but y'all are welcome to check out the review I wrote on my blog!
ROA Review!

I was so upset to see us on the second page, but I had no time to fix it!
Life's been alright, I've been in a bit of a rut but things have been good.
3 of my friends decided we should do something fun and ridiculous last week, so they managed to get me to tag along to an intro to pole dancing class. It was surprisingly not terrifying awful as I had expected, haha.
Kels- (you'll get this) I was definitly more of a Kerry Butler than an Angel Reed, haha.
Oh! and College Board (as in those SAT folks) is coming to do a promotional photoshoot. I gave them a tour of the campus & now they want me to help them out for the shoot. So that's flattering, haha.
Haha, Yeah I am sure I would be more of a Kerry too! Though I wish I could be like Angel lol (she is really nice at stagedoor btw, she complimented me on my cowboy boots :-P)

Had a great time and finally saw ROA. OMG now I see what Kels was talking about. It is SOOOOOO awesome. :) We had so much fun.
FINALLY LUSCIOUS! Hahaha
Today is EXACTLY the right sort of day to be sat out in the back garden listening to Philip Quast singing 'Finishing the Hat'. Beautiful!
I believe it isn't for you guys, but it's Mother's Day here in the UK, so I just wanted to wish all our lovely IEBAG mummies a fabulous day. :3
Thank you, Weeze! I'm going to tell my daughter to buy me something very British today. I'll tell you later how she interprets that :)
Have a fun Spring Break, Maisie!
WEEEEEEEEEZ, where did you find Philip Quast singing "Finishing The Hat?" Because that is probably my favorite Sondheim song and one of my very favorite songs ever, but I only have the Mandy Patinkin version (which I detest, I hate his vocal inflection on that song). I first heard Michael Cerveris singing it live, and it was incredibly gorgeous even though I'm normally not a huge Cerveris fan, but Philip Quast... whoa, I'd die.
WOO! I got accepted to American University with a lovely substantial Dean's Scholarship and pretty good financial aid... still haven't heard back from three of them, but I liked American a lot, and the location is awesome-- I could still work at the Insect Zoo, and I'd be close to home without being TOO close. I hate the idea of having to go to college and leave DC behind, so school in DC would be cool.
Aww Maisie, we don't have spring break until the 26th.
Which brings up a good point, I won't be around between then and the 1st because I will be going out of the country for the first time via a travel course I'm taking
Haha, I'll be in Trinidad & Tobago. I'm so scared/excited.
You probably would die, Schmergan. Somewhere along the lines, I have heard the entirety of the original London cast of Sunday in the Park with George, Quast as George. *ahem* But if you want better quality and perhaps an actual CD to buy, look out his Live at the Donmar CD. He sings 'Finishing the Hat' there, and also a rewrite of 'Colour and Light', which is amusingly and touchingly about his life at the time of playing George. <3 Philip Quast. <3 <3 <3
Schmerg, I was totally at the Museum of Natural History on Friday. I wasn't able to hang around near the Insect Zoo for very long so I didn't know if you were there or not, but it was exciting nonetheless.
Schmerg, congrats on getting into AU! My dad went to law school there. It's a great school!
Jag2, I'm only there on Saturdays... but it's still cool nonetheless! I know it's kind of creepy, but I love the Hall of Mammals...
We're going to be in Springfield April 17-20. But I don't think we're going to the Smithsonian this time.
Schmerg, I LOVE the Hall of Mammals...we spent way too much time there. I'm a twisted freak and am fascinated by anything taxidermied! Well, at least now I know I didn't pass up a chance to come stalk you near the insects!
