Wow, I've missed a lot! I'm going to have to catch up on these posts.
I've been super busy, I had college orientation yesterday all day which was SO FUN! (/sarcasm) I just have a few more things to do and all set for my sophomore year and then I'll be in my own apartment in August! =O It's really mind blowing.
I hope all of you ladies are doing well! =]

My daughter just got her acceptance letter from Texas A&M.......she is thrilled and when my checkbook stops choking, I'm sure I'll be thrilled also. Seeing as how my son is on the 5-year plan there - OUCH!

Ah, break a leg Maisie! Mine is this Thursday.
"You have two kinds of shows on Broadway – revivals and the same kind of musicals over and over again, all spectacles. You get your tickets for The Lion King a year in advance, and essentially a family... pass on to their children the idea that that's what the theater is – a spectacular musical you see once a year, a stage version of a movie. It has nothing to do with theater at all. It has to do with seeing what is familiar.... I don't think the theatre will die per se, but it's never going to be what it was.... It's a tourist attraction." Stephen Sondheim

Ahhh, Maisie! I bet you'll do smashingly at the awards tonight!
I just got back from one a lifelong friend's birthday party... if I hadn't known him since we were six, I would never have agreed to see the Star Trek movie. But it was actually pretty good, though I could have done without all of the fighting and random technology. The characters were great, and I especially loved Spock, even though Zachary Quinto's eyebrows kept changing thickness throughout the movie! The one girl character was pretty pointless, though.
Oh, speaking of which, I was the only girl at the party. That ALWAYS happens to me! Luckily, I've known these guys forever... they're all funny, loveable geeks.

Yay Maisie! You should be so proud of yourself.
Schmerg, that sounds fun. I loved Star Trek...I have sat through all of Chris Pine's awful movies just to look at him, so thank god he was finally in a good one.
Hells, tell your daughter congratulations from us!
The cyber ice queen is infuriating me. Although, I did just get her to do amateur night at the strip club, which was entertaining. My friend and I have a bet going as to who can get a threesome/BJ first. I think I might lose...this woman is an evil, picky, heartless skank!

Hey ladies! So, I won't be here much today because, well:
I am getting ready to go to brunch with my friend Morgan :) Then we are going to watch a movie of some sorts. Then I am coming back home, getting dressed and going to the final performance of Wicked in Norfolk with my piano teacher :) I am excited, she is so much fun! I've seen the first performance of Wicked there and now I get to see the last one there! Exciting! Have a great day!

So Stockard, tell me what your friend Doug looks like? Is there a reason he doesn't post pictures of himself?
DanMag is he still flirting heavily with you?

danmag, I've heard nothing but wonderful things about that production. Grey Gardens is one of my favorite musicals and I'd love to see it, but seeing as I live in California...
Anyways, only nine days left of school! YES!

To be perfectly honest with you I don't even remember him from HS. When he friend requested me I had to ask my friend Ana who he was (don't you DARE tell him that though). He was 2 years ahead of me and we were in journalism together. And apparently a math class. I must have known him because he said something about something I wrote in his yearbook.
There are some pictures of him if you look through his albums though.
