On PC, hit "Prnt Scrn" in the upper left corner of the Keyboard. Then paste it into Paint, save it & upload it to Tiny Pic.

You kids today are a bunch of hot potatoes with your smarts and your technical know-how.
But the thing is, all that screencapping can show you is that it's (in most cases that I know of) a wma file called ElIntifada.wma. It's not an ad, it's some kind of adware-related bug. Aside from the file's existence on your computer, I'm not sure there's any evidence of what's going on when you access the front end of the website.
