MITCH: That's pronounced "Avian"
CAM: Well, it sounds seedy
MITCH: It is. It's a kennel for birds. It's where I picked up George.

MITCH: Calm down! I'm talking about a cockatoo
CAM: Oh, one or two? Is that all? How blasé!
