Just pointing out that humans can indeed exist on a vegetarian diet.
Don't know why they'd want to...but they can.

whoa whoa whoa!!!!
What is wrong with Protestants having been a part of the Catholic Church? There are huge ideological and moral differences between us - hence why we were murdering each other for centuries in the most gruesome ways imaginable. I mean, pretty much the ONLY thing Methodists & Catholics have in common is they both believe Christ was the Son of God (and I'm pretty sure you could find some who'd argue about that too!).
And I'm with (pretty much) everyone else on this thread - anyone who NEEDS to hear the passages of the Bible condemning homosexuality has issues. And those who use it as an argument for "rights over religion" - come over here - the BNP would love you! *rolls eyes*
Actually, you'd hate it - we actually had a gay Archbishop for about a week!

thanks for joining us InTheMoney.
I'm not bashing Protestants, I'm just saying I'm drifting away from them.
That's MY choice for ME.
You go do what you want.

did you know that shortly after the Protestant Reformation there was talks between the Portestants and the Orthoxes about MERGING.
Basically, distance and the principles on boths sides dying ended the talks and by then the Protestants were fighting with the Catholics so much that the Orthodoxes decided to stay out of it.

Yeah I did (something to do with having just finished studying Heresy & Reform in Europe). The original ideologies were an attempt at reforming the Catholic Church, so it is not surprising that there were discussions of a merger with the Orthodox Church. The actual interpretations of Christianity were a development of the original ideas - not the ideas themselves.
