re: in polite society, never discuss religion, politics or liam

Well, Etoile likes to blow everything out of proportion and make everyone feel small - I would imagine he/she gets off on that. I don't know how anyone can lead such a cruel, stern life.

I do believe some here have a reading disability, and I certainly don't mean Liam. But as long as you two are having fun...well that's all that matters.

P_E dear, you really should have someone look at that cough.
Rest in peace, Iflitifloat.

Speak of the devil! The devil herself!

Darling, you really must concern yourself with other matters. If you don't believe that Liam is a real person with a real disability, then that really outines what a sad, sad person you are. Get over yourself.

Oh yes!

I forgot about my Asthma!

That means I'm incredibly disabled! If I'm Asthmatic and Dyslexic I must deserve a Disability Pension! I need special treatment!

Having a disability doesn't make you disabled, Etoile, though I have tried to tell you that before, to no avail...

I never doubted Liam's existance. Do people read what is actually written?

See I was able within a few minutes find out more about the lad than an any adult should be capable. He post far too much personal information about himself. I've sent out warnings, notices, to him in the hopes that he could better protect himself. But please, take my concerns for his safety as an act of hostiltiy.
Rest in peace, Iflitifloat.

I don't take the concerns for his safety as an act of hostility. In fact, that concern is lovely.

However, you come across as incredibly patronising, and this is where my problems with your posts have begun.

And you can scream, "People don't read what is written," "People are reading between the lines!" all you want, but if many people are finding your posts this way, obviously it is your problem, not ours.

Perhaps your intentions are pure, and I certainly hope they are. But if they are, you certainly need to examine the way you write. Because you are certainly not getting this point across very well...

Dear, I don't have a problem. I read very carefully what is written. After all this is a message board based on a literary art form.

You stated that you have a problem with my post coming across as patronizing. That's not my problem but yours. If you don't like how I write, what I write, or to whom I write please do us both a favor and block me.
Rest in peace, Iflitifloat.

"I do believe some here have a reading disability, and I certainly don't mean Liam."

I am reading what is written. What you said would lead people to believe that you don't think Liam has a reading disability. True, that doesn't mean you don't think he's real, but you certainly doubt his disability.

I know that you go on and on here about personal safety, posting too much information, etc., but seriously - I think Liam gets it. You keep saying how you're trying to protect his safety, yet you're so outwardly nasty to everyone else on here. Get over it. Liam gets it. We all get it. And don't act like you don't know you're annoying and disliked on here (why anyone would want to spend time on a message board where they're disliked is beyond me) but your quote from 1776 speaks volumes about your character, and apparantly, you know it.

What's wrong Matt? I'm just telling etoile to read exactly what I wrote and to stop reading between the lines! It was just a question, I wished death on no one!
