Hey Jaily- I did not realized that you were a music major too. My husband have mentioned it to me yesterday when he was reading this thread ...that you play clarinet.. BTW- he majored in classical music performance too (in oboe) unfortunately he never play the oboe anymore at all ....
I indeed was a music student...I was a clarinet and English horn/oboe double major.
Suzanne: I never use catalogs. I'd rather go in the store and see all the salespeople groveling and sucking up to you.
Julia: Pardon me, I never knew they were so solicitous at the K-Mart.

On that note, I am taking Pre. Calc. (help!), AP English, Civ. and Soc., Forensics, Select choir, and various gym/health/work study courses just to fill my roster.
I am a firm believer in serendipity- all the random pieces coming together in one wonderful moment, when suddenly you see what their purpose was all along.
yes I am DGG. you'll do fine. Pre-calc doesn't have any new concepts that you haven't learned in algebra 1 & 2. It just takes it a little farther and adds imaginary numbers (which are actually really easy).
Meh. I just don't like them very much. I had to babysit some really awful ones today.
Though it was pretty amazing when the three year old told me that, "HEY HEY, YOU YOU, I DON'T LIKE YOUR GIRLFRIEND! NO WAY, NO WAY, NO WAY, NO WAY, NO WAY, etc. etc."
Aw, DGG, I feel your pain. There's nothing worse than taking care of misbehaving kids.
