I was with a friend from work and my two roommates, and the roomies LOVED it while my friend and I hated it. There were bits I liked, and the performances were uniformly good (with the odd exception of the lead), but the material was just so inert that even mildly funny lines fell flat because they had to try SO, SO hard. Everyone's entitled to their opinion, though, and I don't doubt it'll do well box office-wise. At least half the audience when I was there seemed to love it.
It was funny, Michael Musto and Lynn Yaeger were there, and we passed them on the way in, on the way out, and then 45 minutes later on West 4th Street. Very odd.
Now the movie is a masterpiece of trash and sleaze. Troma makes "smart" trash.
For those of you with strong stomachs check out Poultrygeist.
It's a bizarre and no-holds-barred attack on the senses that actually has a point.
Speaking of no-holds-barred attacks on the senses, America's Next Top Model is on!
Chilled with the tour cast of Spring Awakening tonight at the bar. What an adorable and talented bunch of kids. I still haven't been able to catch the tour while its been here in Toronto, but now I really want to.

Mmm... Kyle Riabko.
Kyle is out of the Toronto run...which is ironic because he is from here. He is filming a TV pilot, so Matt Doyle is filing in as Melchior.

Well, I suppose that's acceptable.
Why is it so RAINY? I am so not a fan of coldish, wet weather.
You see, warm air turns the water from rivers/lakes/oceans into water vapor that rises into the air. That water vapor forms clouds, which contain small drops of water. When the water vapor in the cloud becomes too heavy, it falls back to the ground as rain.

I wanna move to America... anyone fancy adopting me? UK is just too cold and boring
I'll adopt you goggles! It's Spring here on the beach!
I'll adopt you on one condition: You do all the house cleaning. I'm not a very domestic person.

I don't do cleaning... SPRING BREAK? THE SPRING BREAK??? You realise the UK is that crap (and cold) we don't actually have anything remotely as fun as Spring Break... just easter eggs
Tazber you would die if you adopted me... you wouldn't be able to keep up :p
You guys also don't have prom.
Sucks to be you!

I LOVE KATE!!! All right, I'll give you that.
Seriously, goggles, why don't you come visit us someday? Several of our fellow overseas BWWers have already done just that. We'll even have a welcome fanfare waiting for you at the terminal gates.

Lol i went to NYC twice and i didn't meet up with anyone I should try and get across there soon there's so much on right now that i want to see. Plus... well, i just want to get off this continent for a while lol. Plus the offer of a fanfare... well i'm touched :) x
We'll give you a Queen's welcome!
And then you'll come south to the beach with me.

Lol how long do you think i'm gonna be over there? I do love the beach... although i don't wanna go anywhere where's there's spiders tbh. So that rules out a visit to anyone with 8 leggend venomous beasts that hunt to kill... or that's how i view them anyway lol
Spiders? Why do you think there are spiders on the beach?

It's hot... you're in America... i'm terrified by the way they move... my mate said she saw a black widow near the beach last year... that was enough info to scar me for life! Tazber when are you coming over to see me... you need to have a sesh with my friends =)
I do need to have a sesh! I don't have any immediate plans to hop the pond though.
Also, the chances of seeing a black widow on the beach are pretty slim.

pretty slim... so there's still a chance? Why are you guys up at such an ungodly hour?
Tax season, I'm already at work.

eeeek Taz that's not good mate... tax season though? We're so lucky that we don;t really have to think about all that over here. 99% of companies just do it for you and it comes out your wage and you neve rthink about it... and then they put it back into your wage if you get a rebate. No problem! I understand it's a lot more stressful over the pond Don't let it get you down thought mate *big hug* :)
One other thing you've got there, Goggles, but only temporarily:
Me.
I'm in London until Sunday.
