Rath: Well, fyi, all the ones in the black and grey dress are promo shots for my music wesbite, not headshots. But thank you very much for the input.
There are literally hundreds of proofs...these are just a few I like for various reasons and thought I'd post. The ones in the green shirt are for my commercial agent, who specifically asked for quirkier pics of me.
The ones in the blue were for my Equity agent, who asked for "sexy."
I'm just happy they came out better than my last batch.
Who knows which ones my (various) agents will choose, anyway?

Posted: 10/24/07 at 5:26pmsoapy - in addition to putting on weight - 25 pounds - some of my numbers were a bit out of whack in my last check-up, and I have to lower them and lose at least 10 pounds before my next doctor's visit or they put me on medication. I will do anything to avoid adding to my daily pill collection.

Posted: 10/24/07 at 5:36pmOh, Michale Thurman's Diet is pretty good. It really jump started my weight lost for me. I couldn't stay on the diet because it was impossible for me to eat six small home cooked meals a day. (The restrictions of the diet make it almost impossible to eat out.) So I'm keep the basic principals of the diet. (Minimal Dairy, No bread, No red meat, No beef, No salt, No oils.) That works well too. My cholesterol and blood pressure was great the last time I went to the doctor. Though, I've never really had cholesterol problems.

Posted: 10/24/07 at 5:39pmYeah... between work and rehearsals, sticking to a home-cooked diet is practically impossible. I have found some great low-fat, low-cal, organic frozen foods (one of the things I need to avoid is high fructose corn syrup, and it's practically impossible to avoid in any commercial product) that are actually quite good. It's not a cholesterol problem, actually, it's bilirubin. Cholesterol is actually very good.
