middi, I was just complaining about that very problem to my dance teachers! They assure me it will come off if I keep up the diet and exercise regime - it's the hardest spot for most people. Have faith.

I gained about 5 pounds, but my doctor said I'm at the perfect weight today, so it's all good.

And DGG, crunches tone and build muscle. They don't take off weight. Some of us have to take off that weight before the crunches will do us any good.
