I thought Harry Connick's Christmas CD was the best thing ever last year. I just got it out, and it's boring me a little.
Rath, I really need to stop putting off taking dance. There's not adult dance companies around here. I guess I'll just have to wait until I'm back up that way.
Pilates is all about working out the abs area, keeping the tummy (or as the instructor calls it "the powerhouse") tucked in the whole time. . . . it hurts like hell.
