As my grandmother used to say, "Turkeys are done, people are finished."
Salve, Regina, Mater misericordiae
Vita, dulcedo, et spes nostra
Salve, Salve Regina
Ad te clamamus exsules filii Eva
Ad te suspiramus, gementes et flentes
O clemens O pia
Attend the tale of Bovine Boy
His party threads we all enjoy
But does he have Mad Cow Disease?
He doesn't eat beef - but cows skating? - oh please!!!
With cocoa!?!
And lemonade!?!

Sorry for my absence over the past few months. Life has been crazy in both good and bad ways. I'm heading home this week for the first time in a while, which I am really looking forward to. Hah, I haven't spoken to my parents since the very end of July, so its about time (I'm not as terrible son as that makes it sound...they have been on the other side of the world in that span of time, and are flying back as we speak).
I hope all of you are gearing up for a really nice holiday season!
They need to invent a new word for happy, yo. I'm so glad to be done with those courses and away from those professors, it's insane. How did everything go for you?
Oh hell yes. I am making a conscious effort to enjoy the month to the fullest. Grad school for me is almost like a second job in terms of the time it requires. So for this month I only have one job!
I've been heading in that direction. Especially living in Chicago. It's taking a lot of restraint to keep myself from popping downtown and seeing a show every day.
