I'm all about the Irish boys.
What happens when the Brazilian returns?

I'm German...damn...I thought it'd work out, Mauri!

lol, Robs. What can I say? I like 'em light haired with blue eyes. I do have a soft spot for boys who can sing and speak Spanish, though, so I wouldn't completely count you out.
I love the black Irish. Yum.
Face it, Rob, you're a mongrel.

I had light hair! I have light eyes!
But ok... I can also dance...does that count for anything?
What are you talking about? Germans are hot.

Oh, Robs. Do you read the Twilight books?
Doesn't anyone like dark hair, dark eyes, dark skin anymore?
Broadway Legend Joined: 6/20/06
Yeah...I'm kinda still stuff on Twilight, though. I keep forgetting it's there.

When Stagey called you a mongrel, it reminded me of something I've been meaning to tell you. I don't know why, but somehow, Jacob has become you in my head. I think it's the long dark hair.

Hahaha...funny, my friends hate Jacob and think he's annoying.
Is this a good thing? Long dark hair, which is no longer long :/ Stupid Hartt.

Jacob's a good guy. He's fun, spontaneous, loving. I'd say it's a compliment. I just think it's funny that that's how my brain filled in that character.
This whole Twilight phenomenon came out of left field. All of the sudden it was the biggest thing like overnight.

:) Thanks, Mauri. That made my night.

You're welcome, dear.
And yeah, Taz. It came from nowhere. I never planned on reading them, but my BFF who's a young adult librarian finally tied me down and made me. The first one wasn't bad. The rest, though, are a bit iffy.
Leo got back a few days ago. We went out on a couple of dates, but nothing major. If he hadn't left, I wouldn't have met Michael.
He's been wanting to meet me for coffee for the last few days, but I haven't been able to get downtown in time.

That's the way things work now, Taz. It will be passe' tomorrow - if it isn't already. And then it will be something else, and then something else. All trying to grab what has become 15 seconds of glory (term loosely used.)

One of my best friends up at school would read them in private and never tell us what is was she was reading until I saw the cover of Eclipse and asked her about them.
Now it's all she talks about. She actually was flown into LA to audition for the role of Bella.
Interesting. I like vampire stories, so I'll probably see the movie, but I just can't read young adult books. Too many other books I need to read first.
I never read Harry Potter either.
I've no F*CKing clue what you guys are talking about.

I read the first HP book...then I stopped. I do, however, love the movies.

Now, the HPs, I loooove. I'm actually starting to read the whole series again. I don't even remember how often I've read them.
A friend gave me one of the early HP books many years ago, but I never got around to reading it. I've only seen the first movie. Actually, I fell asleep in the theater.
