bwaysinger, why don't you try and use your head before you post? Yesterday, the video was open to all on YouTube. Today, it is behind protection. People at YouTube have flagged the video as inappropriate.
As JoeK has pointed out the video was probably released so that Republicans could distance themselves from it, thereby getting more airplay. Democrats want it suppressed thereby flagging it on YouTube.
If anyone ever tells you that you put too much Parmesan cheese on your pasta, stop talking to them. You don't need that kind of negativity in your life.

Gotham, if your trumping of a constant and vast Democratic conspiracy weren't so funny given your constant "Democrats did it!" mantra, you might realize that, had the Democrats wanted it barred, they'd have tried to have it removed for violation of terms. A warning tag isn't going to stop anyone from watching it and might, in fact, garner more views from kids thinking they're about to see something naughty.

papa - honestly, I'm not overly interested anymore in looking backwards - I think everyone needs to focus forward. As I've said before, even accepting the premise for current action (which you support,) I don't see it working. There seems to be a reluctance to address that issue on some people's part, and a refusal to provide alternative methods on other's part.
And for the record, since I've reached a point where I don't think any source of information can be believed, I derive most of my analysis of how it's going in Iraq by the decisions being made by the military. That IS something I have an awareness of, and the actuality of their actions does NOT add up to a positive state of affairs - I don't care what the press says, on either side of the issue.

i go back to what the 9/11 commission decided about 'em:
most of the intelligence community recognized in the summer of 2001 the the number and severity of threat reports were unprecedented. many officials told us that they knew something terrible was planned, and that they were desperate to stop it. despite their large number, the threats contained few specifics regarding time, place, method, or target. most suggested that the attacks were planned against targets overseas; others indicated threats against unspecified "u.s. interests." we cannot say for certain whether these reports, as dramatic as they were, relate to the 9/11 attacks.

The memo was one of MANY warnings that summer. MANY.
It was entitled "Bin Ladin DETERMINED to Strike in US." D-E-T-E-R-M-I-N-E-D, not "thinking of maybe if he gets around to it someday if he feels like it"--it said he was DETERMINED.
Condi's testimony before the 9/11 Commission: She and Bush considered the August 6th PDB as just a "historical document"--whatever the F*CK that means!--and she stated petulantly that it was NOT considered a "warning."
For that and the ensuing loss of life on September 11th, Condoleeza Rice should be tried for treason and George Bush should be impeached and convicted.
