While the body has not been positively identified, FBI Deputy Director John S. Pistole said authorities believe it to be that of Julian King, who also lived in the home.

You know, I'm against the death penalty but things like this make me reconsider. If Balfour did it and he's charged and found guilty, he's going to have a hell of a time in jail. I hope the other inmates torture him mercilessly for the rest of his life.

Balfour is not the child's father is he? I thought I heard the little boy was her brother's son?

Either way, it is a horrible tragedy and my heart and prayers are with Jennifer and her family.

I'm with ShbrtAlley44. i am against the death penalty but cases like this make me want to reconsider. when children are involved its a different story.

It is horrible, evil, and devastating. I always wonder when tragedy of this nature hits what makes people act so callous, horrible, and cruel.
