In an earlier thread, I honored Mr. Carter as “the least evil” POTUS. I stand by that.

Happy Birthd-… wait, Betty White died two weeks before her centenary. I don’t want to jinx it, so I’ll wait until Oct 1.

The best! Thinking back on 1980, one thing this last election had in common was crippling inflation, a lesson for all future incumbents.
