She has been cast as Coin.
I had kind of envisioned Sigourney Weaver in my mind when I read the book, but I do love Julianne Moore (I'm even planning on seeing Carrie, despite the somewhat lackluster trailer).

For some reason, Cherry Jones was Coin in my head.
