A student at my university currently on trial for murdering his baby mama- while his 4 year old daughter watched- then stuffing the body in a duffel bag and leaving it out in the driveway of his house.

I think the question would be "What is NOT wrong with the world today?" I think that answer would be a lot easier answer.

I'm in college in S. Florida and bascially = crime city

At my college- there was a murder 5 years ago right outside the theatre building-- creepy.

Also- I think it was last semester that some girl was using a bathroom during a break she had between her 4 hour night class. A guy came in the bathroom and stood on the toilet and taped her from his cell-phone....sickos....

I won't even go on to tell you other stuff....

Yeah. I had "former" student before, but he was only suspended after his arrest. The student paper has written some update articles on the family and the daughter has been in therapy. She's living with her great-grandmother now.

Ever read Lucky, the memoir of the author of The Lovely Bones? That happened at my school as well.

wow that is so bad. i go to a catholic highschool so i dont usually hear about things like THAT. the last BIG scandal at my school was that a girl had a threesome with her best friend's boyfriend and another random girl and everyon found out and hated her and she left the school.lol jeez

Yeah.... there's something about small towns in CT though. When I was in the eigth grade, some guy in my grade wrote all these disturbing messages about bringing a gun into school and he did one day...we were in English class and everyone could see the gun in his binder, so yeah my teacher interfered and all that. It wasn't loaded but he was kind of wacko.


And in like..5th grade, one of my good friends was drowned by some other classmates. They called him gay because he performs brilliantly in theatre. They didn't succeed thankfully, but it was scary.

So besided those and drugs in high school, early middle school sex and stuff, we're a pretty conservative area.....

We've had several rapes in our school. Two weeks ago a teacher was stabbed in the back with a sharpened pencil.
