Watching Rick Sanchez is like watching a character from Anchorman. Honestly if you need to state the current problem with CNN in just five words it is: Rick Sanchez has two shows.

Sanchez is a real idiot. I sort of see the point he's tripping over, which is more about Time magazine referred to Jon Stewart as the most trusted man in news or whatever. Jon Stewart isn't required to bring any sort of "balance" to his reporting.

Is he really going to lose his job over this? I just don't think it's that incendiary. Ignorant, childish and practically nonsensical, yes. A offense so grave he should be fired? Eh.

Let me be empathic - I think he's a nitwit and what he said was stupid. I just think it's more stupid than it is offensive.

Jon hates being considered a news source to the point he speaks out against the show getting nominations in the 'News & Information' category. He is a satirist who does not mind shaming news organizations for not being what they promote themselves as.

Whoever that host was, seemed to think this was all out of left field and I bet he knows Jon personally in stand-up circles. Was Sanchez trying to say TDS lacks diversity?

Sanchez has made more embarrassing gaffes on air on his own show but lately it seems more prevalent. I have no idea if the evilz jewish controlling media will fire him at CNN.

I know! That's exactly what I was getting at.

I was never exposed much to Rick Sanchez, on occasion I'd see him on one of those ubiquitous TV monitors at airports as I'm zipping from one glamorous place to the next. He had a pleasant enough speaking voice but, I guess he just proved Jon Stewart's thesis that he's dumb as a post!
