We just got back from the doctor for his weight check and he's doing great. He gained 6 oz. in 3 days. We're going to stick with this schedule until he's back to his birth weight. He is amazing me with his growth and his growing awareness of the world around him. Now he is starting to mimic facial expressions and playing with his toys more.

He's doing great. He's becoming a lot more active and aware of his surroundings. He's also learning his name and will turn to look at you when you say it. He is keeping me very busy, but I love it.

I left him for the first time today since he was born. I had to go to the dentist. When I got home and he woke up this is what I was greeted with. Talk about making your heart melt. I had to grab my camera and take his picture. I think my little guy was happy to see me.

I'm doing great, I feel almost back to normal and have since about 3 weeks PP, but I am having more back issues than I used to. I'm told its probably from the epidural, but after what that thing kept me from feeling I'll gladly take some backaches and a few muscle spasms.

Well cute guy and I just got back from shopping for his daddy's first father's day and now I'm trying to wrap everything and find a good place to hide it until Sunday because I have a feeling that daddy will be peeking around the house for it.

Well my little guy is about 7 and a half weeks old now and is growing so fast. He is gaining weight really well and is starting to interact more with stuff around him. The other day he finally started to figure out how to play with the toys on his bouncer.

Thanks darling! I know the video isn't the most riveting thing, but it was so cute to see him playing and not screaming his head off every time I put him in his bouncer. In fact, he's playing in it right now.

He looks long!! How long was he when he was born?

Amazing how quickly they grow. I feel like my cousin was just born and she's almost 2! I don't see her very often but when I do, she's at a totally new stage!!!!
