What had happened was that Justin's manager was covering what was to be a CD signing at the mall. However, the tween girl fans got WAY out of hand to the point that they had to cancel at the last moment due to the craziness. However, the manager didn't send out a tweet fast enough to alert everyone what was going on and as a result, caused a semi riot situation.
